Oh wild, wild Atlantic
How you love to play!
Madly tossing your froth
And spray

Inviting me nearer
At my door you knock
Then hurling your might
Fast upon the rock

Vast, wide expanse
Where’s your end?
Not one to tell lightly
Could be, just around the next bend

Up and down
Craggy shore
Rocks, hills, field
Anyplace and more

To look at you inspire
To depths within
A calling, a drawing
Come quickly; move in

My heart it cracks open
And in to it you seep
My eyes flood with tears
As my Soul, it does leap

Oh wild, wild Atlantic
How you do love to play
Very soon we’ll be neighbours
Then together; each day.
